At Al-Qaissi Roastery, we are happy to assist you with any return or exchange requests.
To maintain the highest standards of food safety and product quality, our return and exchange policy is valid only on the same day of receiving the product (purchase date) in the following cases:
• If the product is damaged or defective.
• If the product does not match the advertised specifications.

Return & Exchange Conditions
• Products purchased online can be returned or exchanged by visiting any Al-Qaissi Roastery branch on the same day of purchase.
• Returned products must be accompanied by:
o The original purchase receipt
o All accessories or promotional gifts, if applicable
• If a defective product is received (damaged, incomplete, or visibly faulty), the customer is entitled to a full refund or product replacement, after the request is reviewed by our customer service team.

Important Notes
• If the receipt is lost, customers may request a digital copy by contacting us at 0792233220. The receipt will be sent via the provided email address.
• If paid by credit card: The amount will be refunded to the original account within 14 business days, along with a confirmation message.
• If paid in cash: The amount will be refunded in cash on the same day.
• Returned items must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.
